All of us have our favorite railroads and mine happens to be the L&N. Growing up in Louisville in the 1950's gave me a strong interest in the last of steam and the first generation diesels of L&N. On this page I'll feature photos from that period. Some of these are colorized versions of black and white originals. I hope you like these.
